To request a visit by a member of the Holocaust Survivor Speakers Bureau, please completely fill out and submit the form below. Your speaker visit should not be considered to have been booked until you receive confirmation from Mike Weinroth at The Breman.

Fees
Non-refundable booking fee: $30. Dates will not be confirmed until the booking fee is paid. You will have an opportunity to pay through our secure online system after submitting this form.

Additionally, an audience contribution of $1 per person is required, as well as round-trip mileage at 50 cents a mile for any venue outside a radius of 50 miles from The Breman at 1440 Spring St. NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30309. The audience contribution and mileage will be invoiced by The Breman after the speaker visit.
