Make-A-Monster Monday: Lesson 7

Monstrously Fun Arts & Crafts

Join us in the Where the Wild Things Are exhibition for a series of eight art lessons designed for children ages 3-6. In Lesson 7 we learn how to use oil pastel art to scratch out a monster. We will learn about repurposing objects into art and sustainability using exhibitSEED guidelines.

Drop in any time between 10 AM and 12 Noon to participate in this open studio session.

Cost:

Members: FREE

Non-Members: 2 Kids FREE with each $12 adult admission ticket (10 AM - 12 Noon only)

August 15 - Lesson 8: 3-D Monsters: using past techniques, just add flour and water to make a monster model

    Harry Houdini wasn’t born. He was invented. Inescapable explores the creation of Houdini by the poor Jewish immigrant, Ehrich Weiss, with a look at the technologies, marketing prowess, and entertainment trends that allowed a superstar to emerge. Inescapable: The Life and Legacy of Harry Houdini was created by the Jewish Museum of Maryland.

  • Absence of Humanity : The Holocaust Years, 1933-1945

    This permanent exhibition presents the history of the Holocaust through artifacts and stories of Atlanta area Holocaust Survivors.

    Do you want to learn some awesome magic? This summer at the Breman you'll have your chance! Every week a staff member or a visiting guest magician will perform and teach magic that you can do using items you have around the house. All ages welcome!

    CLOSED for Passover

    The Breman Museum will be closed for Passover on Friday, April 26 and re-open on Sunday, April 28th.
