    Join us for our next Historic Jewish Atlanta Tour with a one-of-a-kind trolley tour of the Jewish connection to Atlanta’s Civil Rights Movement! Explore the role Jewish institutions played in the fight for integration with tour stops at The Temple, Prior Tire, the Rich’s Building, the Peachtree Manor Hotel, and the American Motor Hotel.

    Bearing Witness: Henry Friedman

    A Holocaust survivor from Hungary, Henry was saved from a forced march by legendary Swedish diplomat Raoul Wallenberg. He attributes his surviving a firing squad and countless atrocities to the protection of his grandmother's blessing.

    Yemen Blues with Ravid Kahalani

    The Molly Blank Jewish Concert Series is back at the Breman! Yemen Blues’ original music mixes Yemen and West Africa influences with contemporary grooves from funk to mambo and the deep soul of old chants. Conjuring up a rich and diverse musical palette, Yemen Blues is both timeless and modern. Founded by Ravid Kahalani in 2010, a then rising star in Israel who grew up in a traditional Yemenite family, the collective is a true collaboration of top master musicians. Ravid learned the language and the traditional chants of his origin, and then extended his influences in the areas of Blues, Funk, Classic Opera as well as North and West African soul.

    Bearing Witness: Tosia Schneider

    Tosia Schneider was born into a large and loving family in Poland. When the Nazis invaded Poland, her whole world changed. Her father was murdered. Her mother died of starvation and typhus. Her 17-year-old brother was shot and killed. At 15 as her family’s sole survivor, she had to find the strength to endure unspeakable horrors to fulfill her mother’s last wish – to tell the world her story.
